OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries in the UK are made by UPS, once you receive your tracking number you can track your parcel on the UPS Website.

Up to 20kg - £4.50
20kg Plus - £8.50

Delivery Times 3-4 Days.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes you need to send items back to us, maybe you ordered the wrong item or the item is faulty.
Once you have received your item you have 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Please ensure you include your proof of purchase in your return so we can refund you promptly.
If you have noticed you have ordered incorrectly before your order is shipped please get in touch with us by phone or email and we can cancel your order. After the items have been shipped they will need to be returned to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Our aim is for all our orders to arrive safely. Unfortunately we don't have full control over this.
If you have received a damaged item in your parcel then please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and we can organise to have a new item sent out to you.
If there is obvious damage to your parcel when the delivery driver attempts to deliver, please refuse delivery and get in touch with us and we can re-send your items.
Once we have received and inspected your returned unused item we will then issue a refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
